LICENSE TYPE
Standard Commercial Use – With Attribution
This license grants non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use one (1) digital stamp set from Piper MacLeod Designs in commercial projects, with proper credit.
WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THIS LICENSE
- Creating and selling physical products (e.g. sticker books, prints, journals, stationery, merchandise)
-Incorporating into digital products (e.g. games, apps, printables)
- Selling up to 1,000 total end products (combined physical + digital)
- Commercial use in your small business or creative shop
- Altering the design (color edits, resizing, etc.) for use in your own product designs
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO WITH THIS LICENSE
- Do not resell, share, or distribute the original artwork files (unaltered or modified)
- Do not include the artwork in any clipart bundles, Procreate brush sets, or other forms of asset libraries
- Do not claim the artwork as your own original creation, crediting Piper Macleod Designs as the artist is required for this license
- Do not sublicense this license to others
ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT
As part of this license, you must visibly credit me in your product listing, packaging, or digital product as follows:
“Artwork by Piper MacLeod Designs” or “Illustrations by pipermacleoddesigns.com”
Attribution must be clearly visible and accessible on either the product page, within the downloadable file, or in game/app credits.
LICENSE APPLIES TO:
One (1) digital stamp set purchased from Piper MacLeod Designs, for use by the individual/business who purchased the license.
When purchasing this license, the buyer stated (1) the intended commercial use of this artwork, (2) the business’s name and website, and (3) the first & last name of the person the license will be valid for. All changes to this provided information must be approved by Piper Macleod of Piper Macleod Designs or the purchase of a new license.
Not valid across multiple stamp sets—each set requires its own license. This license is valid indefinitely for the specific buyer and use case provided at the time of purchase. This license is non-transferable and cannot be resold, assigned, or sublicensed. This license is valid only in conjunction with a purchased copy of the corresponding digital stamp set from Piper MacLeod Designs.
